Barazone® Leave-on Conditioner

Dermcare Barazone® Leave-on Conditioner is a once weekly, novel topical treatment for allergies and itchy conditions in dogs.

It contains the novel ingredient budesonide, which is contained in conditioner formulation for ease of use.

How to use Barazone®

Barazone® is a topical medicated leave-on conditioner. It contains a locally acting steroid, budesonide. When applied topically, budesonide stays within the skin cells and exerts its anti-inflammatory action there. It has minimal systemic absorption, therefore, the side effects are negligible when compared to traditional oral or injectable steroids.

It is formulated in a non-greasy, leave-on conditioner and is very easy to spread through a damp coat, even on dogs with thick fur. It does not cause any matting of the fur and does not leave a residue on the coat.

Dosage: 

Barazone® is designed to be used just once weekly after a bath. Applying Barazone® to a damp coat will assist penetration of the conditioner through the coat down to the level of the skin.

Pump the required amount onto a gloved hand and then lightly spread over the damp coat and skin. For best results, the conditioner should be applied to the more severely affected areas first and then spread through the adjacent coat.
